Shaanxi Weinan New Energy Base Supporting Energy Storage Demonstration Project Competition Optimization Results Announcement

On June 26, the Development and Reform Commission of Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, issued the Announcement on the Results of Competition and Optimization of Supporting Energy Storage Demonstration Projects in Weinan New Energy Base. According to the expert score, the top five declared enterprises will be determined as the investment enterprises of Weinan Energy Storage Demonstration Project. According to the ranking order, they are: Shaanxi New Energy Co., Ltd. of State Power Investment Group, Xiehe Wind Power Investment Co., Ltd., Beijing Haibo Sichuang Technology Co., Ltd. (Forming a consortium with Huaneng Shaanxi Power Generation Co., Ltd.), Three Gorges Power Co., Ltd., and Guoneng Tongguan New Energy Co., Ltd.

It is reported that five energy storage projects with a total of 315MW/630MWh are optimized at the same time, and the optimized projects must be completed and put into operation before December 31, 2023.
