东风好作阳和使，逢草逢花报发生。3月1日，费尔干纳亚新建材有限公司举行了“二线熟料生产线”点火仪式，陕西祥盛实业集团董事长关忠武，陕西亚新控股副总经理鱼高学，费尔干纳亚新建材总经理徐德明，陕西满鑫汇矿业总经理关忠平，陕西祥盛华融公司总经理周千喻，扬州鼎鑫安装公司项目负责人谈德田等领导及相关部门负责人参加仪式。点火仪式由亚新建材行政副总牛富力主持。
在仪式上，亚新建材总经理徐德明同志首先对安装公司、土建施工方及其他协助单位表示感谢，并讲到二线熟料系统点火标志着二线由安装阶段进入到试产阶段，希望大家同心协力再创辉煌。集团董事长关忠武同志对参加仪式的来宾和各单位领导表示感谢，对大家的工作给予了高度肯定。
11:08分点火仪式正式开始。董事长关忠武，总经理徐德明，副总经理艾力肯，扬州鼎鑫安装项目负责人谈德田为生产线点火。
二线3200t/d熟料生产线的点火投产，标志着亚新水泥的发展进入了一个新阶段，年产熟料可达180万吨，水泥250万吨，年实现工业产值15亿元人民币，直接及间接增加就业岗位1000余个，为乌兹别克斯坦基础设施建设及经济发展贡献中国力量。
