Jilin Publicizes Energy Efficiency List of Cement Clinker Flat Glass Industry Projects

On March 3, Jilin Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released a list of energy efficiency of cement clinker flat glass industry projects in the province. A total of 14 cement enterprises were involved, of which one cement enterprise was judged to be advanced, two cement enterprises were judged to be backward, and one cement enterprise stopped production.

According to the Guidelines of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the General Administration of Market Supervision and the National Energy Administration on the Release of Energy Efficiency Benchmarking Levels and Benchmark Levels in Key Areas of High Energy-consuming Industries (2021 Edition) (Development and Reform Industry [2021] No.1609), Several Opinions of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the General Administration of Market Supervision and the National Energy Administration on Strict Energy Efficiency Constraints to Promote Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction in Key Areas (Development and Reform Industry [2021] No.1464), Jilin Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Department of Industry and Information Technology, According to the requirements of the Notice of the Department of Ecology and Environment, the Department of Market Supervision, the Political and Digital Bureau, the Energy Bureau and the Communications Administration on Issuing the Action Plan for Promoting Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction in Key Areas with Strict Energy Efficiency Constraints (Ji Fa Gai Gong Ye Lian [2021] No.978), the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jilin Province organized the supervision of energy efficiency and energy conservation of existing projects in the cement clinker and flat glass industries of the whole province in 2021. According to the project energy saving report, energy saving review opinions, energy saving supervision, environmental impact assessment report, etc., the energy efficiency list of the cement clinker flat glass industry in the whole province is formed through on-site investigation and access to information.
