Shaanxi Tuori Xinneng Photovoltaic Glass Production Line Stopped Production for Rectification

Com reported on March 3 that Chengcheng Branch of Weinan Eco-environmental Bureau put forward relevant suggestions on the problem of smoke and dust emission from some photovoltaic glass production lines of Shaanxi Tuori New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Subsequently, Tuori Xinneng shut down the production line of photovoltaic glass, and the shutdown time is expected to be one month according to the progress of rectification and acceptance.

Shaanxi Tuori Xinneng is mainly engaged in the production, sales and EPC contracting of crystalline silicon solar cells and modules, photovoltaic glass and other products. It was established in 2009 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tuori Xinneng. In the first half of 2022, the revenue of PV glass products of the Company was RMB225.1916 million, accounting for 29.86% of the operating revenue of the Company, and the gross profit of PV glass products was RMB12.455 million, accounting for 6.81% of the gross profit of the Company (the above data is unaudited).

In response to this rectification, Tuori Xinneng said that it would formulate a rectification plan based on the rectification opinions of Chengcheng Branch of Weinan Eco-environmental Bureau, inspect the relevant environmental protection equipment of photovoltaic glass production line, inquire with several environmental protection equipment manufacturers, determine that the environmental protection equipment of production line will be upgraded as soon as possible after procurement, and strengthen the company's environmental protection operation. To ensure that the environmental protection indicators and production requirements can be fully and efficiently met when production is resumed; and the relevant personnel will be trained in environmental protection professional skills and business knowledge to improve the environmental awareness of employees.

It is understood that this shutdown only does not involve projects other than Shaanxi Tuori Xinneng Photovoltaic Glass Production Line.
