of CSCEC Environmental Energy Technology Co., Ltd. received the written resignation report submitted by Mr. Wen Shiping, a director of the Company. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Wen Shiping applied to resign from the position of director of the Company and ceased to serve as a director, supervisor and senior officer of the Company after his resignation.
