With a construction scale of 200,000 tons/year, Conch Environmental Protection successfully signed a contract for the resource utilization project of oil-based cuttings in Zhongxian County, Chongqing.

2023, Conch Environmental Protection and the People's Government of Zhongxian County of Chongqing successfully signed the Investment Agreement on Resource Utilization of Oil-based Rock Cuttings in Zhongxian County, and planned to construct a project of resource utilization of oil-based rock cuttings with a scale of 200,000 tons per year.

The signing ceremony was held in the third conference room on the sixth floor of the Grand Theatre of Zhongxian People's Government. Fan Jianming, member of the Party Committee and director of the Center of Zhongxian Economic Information Committee, presided over the signing ceremony.
