Over the past
seven years, Xinfeng Company has taken root in Egypt and continuously transferred advanced technology and management experience to the local area, so as to continuously improve the technology and skills of Egyptian employees. At present, the number of Egyptian employees in the project department accounts for 70% of the total number.
At the same time, Wu'an Xinfeng Cement invested 2 million tons of short-process steel projects and 230000 tons of automotive parts projects in Egypt, which were included in the list of key projects of Sino-Egyptian capacity cooperation of the National Development and Reform Commission. At present, Xinfeng still has more than 300 employees struggling in Egypt, contributing to polishing Chinese business cards in market operation, production management, safety production, financial logistics and other positions.
Relying on the advantages of traditional steel and building materials industries, enterprises in Wu'an City continue to expand new overseas markets. Including Xinfeng Cement, enterprises such as Wen'an and Puyang in Wu'an City have also gone abroad to invest in overseas construction.
