capital increase, Xinjiang Zhonglu Power Company has increased its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Xinjiang Dabancheng Guangheng New Energy Co., Ltd. and Fukang Luneng New Energy Co., Ltd. by 993 million yuan.

It is reported that Xinjiang Zhonglu Power Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, responsible for the development, construction and operation of new energy projects such as wind power and photovoltaic power in Xinjiang. According to the project development and construction needs and future development strategy, the company intends to increase the capital of Xinjiang Zhonglu Power Company by 5.233 billion yuan with its own funds, all of which are included in the capital reserve. the data, the main business of Guangyu Development is the investment, development and operation of wind and solar energy, and the main product is electricity. In the first half of the year, Guangyu Development realized an operating income of 1.918 billion yuan, an increase of 8.17% over the same period last year, and realized a net profit of 555 million yuan, an increase of 35.16% over the same period last year.
