< P align = left > < FONT face = Verdana > On the morning of August 16, colorful flags were flying in the factory area of Inner Mongolia Dongmeng Cement Co., Ltd. The ignition ceremony of the third phase project of the new dry rotary kiln production line of Inner Mongolia Dongmeng Cement Co., Ltd. was held here. Inner Mongolia Dongmeng Cement Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock private enterprise established in 2003 by integrating the assets of Liyuan Cement Co., Ltd. of Kulun Banner. In 2004, the company invested 120 million yuan to implement the new dry rotary kiln cement clinker production line project with a daily output of 1500 tons.
< BR > The new dry process rotary kiln cement project belongs to the cement production process recommended by the State Bureau of Building Materials, which is relatively advanced in technology and mature in process equipment in China at present. It adopts the decomposition technology outside the kiln, installs a suspension prepreg and a decomposition furnace at the rear of the traditional rotary kiln, and then enters the rotary kiln for calcination. The decomposition rate of calcium carbonate in the kiln raw material reaches 85-95%. The production efficiency can be 400% of that of the traditional production technology, the heat consumption of unit clinker can be reduced by about 50%, and the product quality and performance are higher. Through the installation of Tsinghua Unisplendour high-voltage electrostatic dust collection equipment and "three wastes" self-purification system, the pulse bag filter is used at the kiln head and tail, and the dust emission concentration is less than 30 mg per cubic meter, basically achieving "zero emission" and forming a green cement industry.

< P align = left > < FONT face = Verdana > In order to further expand the production scale, the company invested 170 million yuan in April 2004 to build the first phase of 1500t/d new dry process production line, which was completed and put into operation on May 28, 2005, with an annual production scale of 635,000 tons. In 2006, the second phase of the project was implemented, with a total investment of 446 million yuan and a design capacity of 4800 tons of cement clinker per day. The trial production was ignited on November 20, 2007, with an annual production scale of 2 million tons. After reaching the production capacity, the sales income will be 420 million yuan and the new profits and taxes will be 165 million yuan.

< P align = left > < FONT face = Verdana > The first and second phases of the project have been put into production and the third phase has been put into production successively, which has promoted the development of the local cement industry. The new dry process rotary kiln production line of Dongmeng Cement is in the forefront of the new dry process production line in China, which also promotes the local economic development and opens a new page for the local sustainable development and circular economy.
