Suspected of cheating! CGN Solemn Statement: False!

On June 23, the official WeChat of China Guangzhou Nuclear Power Group issued a "solemn statement on others suspected of cheating in the name of China Guangzhou Nuclear Power Group". An APP program

named "Guangzhou Nuclear Power Group" is suspected of counterfeiting the name and logo of China Guangzhou Nuclear Power Group and launching false investment and financial management projects such as investment trading platform and "new energy investment".

The original text is as follows:

Recently, China General Nuclear Power Group (hereinafter referred to as "our group") received reports from the public that an APP program named "General Nuclear Power Group" was suspected of counterfeiting the name and logo of our group. Investment trading platform and "new energy investment" and other false investment and financial management projects . Upon verification, the Group and its affiliated units have never launched such investment platforms and released such wealth management projects . In this regard, our group has reported to the public security organs and to the relevant administrative organs. I hereby solemnly declare as follows:

1. The official website of China General Nuclear Power Corporation is a http://www.cgnpc.com.cn, and the official WeChat account and official micro-blog are "China General Nuclear Power Corporation" (micro-signal cgn-post). Our Group and its affiliated units have never sold investment and financial products in the name of "Guangzhou Nuclear Power Group" by themselves or by authorizing any third party to use websites, WeChat public numbers, APPs and other forms.

II. The acts and contents published by using the APP program of "General Nuclear Power Group" have nothing to do with our group and its affiliated units, and have been suspected of fraud. The public and investors should be vigilant, carefully distinguish the true from the false, and beware of being deceived. If you have suffered losses, please report the case to the public security organ immediately.

III. China General Nuclear Power Corporation will safeguard its own legitimate rights and interests through legal channels and reserve the right to pursue the legal liability of the relevant subjects for fraud in the name of our group and its affiliated units and all other illegal acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of our group and its affiliated units. China General Nuclear Power Group solemnly warns organizations and individuals who commit fraud and other illegal activities in the name of our group to immediately stop all illegal activities.

Hereby declare! This is not the first time that CGN has

personally cracked down on counterfeits. It happened twice in April alone, and the names are varied.

On April 9, CGN issued a "solemn statement on the absence of equity relationship with related enterprises", stating that 26 companies, including Lingyuan Zhongguang Nuclear Solar Energy Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Zhongguang Nuclear Industry Holding Co., Ltd., and Jiaxing Zhongguang Nuclear Power Technology Service Co., Ltd., use the word "Zhongguang Nuclear Power" in their enterprise names.

However, CGN does not own any assets or equity of the 26 companies, nor does it have any affiliation or management relationship, nor does it authorize the following companies to use the trademark and name of "CGN". If legal, labor disputes or other related liabilities are caused by the operation of the following companies, it has nothing to do with the Group.

In addition, on April 21, China Nuclear Group issued a " Notice on Illegal Enterprises Counterfeiting Subsidiaries of China Nuclear Group", pointing out that recently, some illegal elements registered enterprises as subsidiaries of China Nuclear Group by forging official seals and other means. Carry out business in the name of a subsidiary of CNNC. After verification

by CNNC, the companies listed in the following table are all fake state-owned enterprises, which have no affiliation or equity relationship with CNNC, nor any investment, cooperation, business and other relationships, and all their actions have nothing to do with CNNC.
