On February 24, the self-built mixing station of Chengdong Road (Jiashan) Ray Project of Municipal Expressway was busy. The first concrete poured out from the discharge port, indicating that the mixing station of Chengdong Road Ray Project had met the requirements of concrete production and was put into production formally.
It is reported that Chengdong Road Radiation Engineering Mixing Station is located at the intersection of Linghu North Road and Linghu West Road in Qixing Street, covering an area of 12440 square meters. The whole mixing station consists of five systems, namely, mixing host, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system and control system, and other ancillary facilities. The mixing station needs to supply 220,000 cubic meters of concrete in total for this bid section. According to the plan, the centralized discharge period of concrete is about 22 months, and the average discharge is about 10,000 cubic meters per month. The radiation engineering
of Chengdong Road is designed according to the standard of first-class highway, and the structure requires higher quality of concrete, which also puts forward higher requirements for raw materials, technology and transportation of concrete. "With the joint efforts of the competent department, the territorial government and the construction unit, we have overcome the problems of land shortage and built our own mixing station to implement centralized concrete mixing," said the relevant person in charge of the project department of Zhongjiao Road Jiancheng East Road Radiation Project. 
According to the introduction, the mixing station of Chengdong Road Radiation Project has convenient transportation conditions. Two sets of HZS120 concrete mixing plants and double horizontal shaft mixers for high performance concrete are adopted, which can effectively solve the problems of concrete raw material quality, concrete mixing time and difficult control of concrete transportation distance. It is worth mentioning that the mixing plant is also equipped with an automatic weighing system, which can accurately control the concrete mix proportion, realize the information management of concrete mixing quality, and lay a solid foundation for the construction of intelligent, green and quality engineering of Chengdong Road Radiation Project.
