The No.1 Mixing Station of the West Extension Railway Bid 2 Project contracted by the Fifth Company of the Fourth Bureau of China Railway has passed the acceptance.

On February 28, the No.1 mixing station of the Xiyan Railway Bid 2 Project contracted by the Fifth Company of the Fourth Bureau of China Railway passed the acceptance test. The mixing station covers an area of 25.5 mu, and there are information control rooms, sand and gravel bins, living areas and other areas in the mixing station, with a maximum daily production capacity of 1700 cubic meters.

It is reported that the West Extension high-speed rail is an important part of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway main corridor package (silver) sea corridor planned in the national "medium and long-term railway network planning" (2016), and also an important component of the "meter" shaped high-speed railway network main framework in the "13th Five-Year Plan for Comprehensive Transportation Development of Shaanxi Province".

The West Extension high-speed rail Line is drawn from the north end of Xi'an East Railway Station, through Baqiao District, Lintong District, Gaoling District, Sanyuan County of Xianyang City, Fuping County of Weinan City, Yaozhou District, Wangyi District, Yintai District, Yijun County of Tongchuan City, Huangling County, Luochuan County, Fuxian County, Ganquan County and Baota District of Yan'an City, and is introduced into Yan'an Station of the existing Baoxi Line. The total length of the main line is 286.954 km, and the target speed is 350 km/H.
