Rectification and Implementation of the

Second Round of Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision in Yunnan Province From April 6 to May 6, 2021, the Eighth Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision Group carried out the second round of Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision in Yunnan Province. By 2020, the production capacity of coke and other industries in the province will be zero growth. However, in some places and departments, the replacement of production capacity is not strictly controlled, and the goal of zero growth of production capacity has failed. In June 2020, Kunming announced the Capacity Replacement Plan for the 1.05 Million Tons Coking Transformation and Upgrading Project of Yunnan Chengfa Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and agreed to use the idle capacity of relevant enterprises for the project. In terms of clinker, the data of different regions are different. The change value of year-on-year storage location in East China is considerable, and the change value of month-on-month storage location in Northeast China is relatively obvious. In terms of cement, the change value of year-on-year storage location in Southwest China is more prominent, and the change value of month-on-month storage location in Central and South China is relatively small.
