The second is to rectify the leakage of external windows. The inspection shall be carried out
in accordance with relevant standards, regulations and rules. The inspection method is to check the filling of the gap between the outer window frame and the wall and the construction quality of the sealant; to check the sealing of the window frame and the window sash and the rubber strip around the glass; to check the performance test report of the outer window. In the acceptance stage, the site shall carry out the water spray test of the external windows according to the regulations to verify the waterproof performance of the external windows of the building. The disposal requirements are as follows: (1) For projects with quality problems in external window profiles and sealant strips, or with quality problems in gap filling and sealant construction, which may cause seepage hazards, a rectification order shall be issued and rectification shall be ordered within a time limit. (2) For projects that have not been re-inspected for the performance indicators of building exterior windows, a construction suspension order shall be issued and the work shall be ordered to stop for rectification. The general contractor and the supervision unit shall be fined more than 5000 yuan and less than 50000 yuan respectively. The project manager of the construction unit shall be scored for violations of laws and regulations.
