Recently, C50 steel fiber pumping concrete pouring has been successfully realized in Jinan high-speed project in the west of China Construction, and new breakthroughs have been made in technology research and development. The main construction part of
the Jiwei Expressway Project is the expansion joint of the bridge body, which requires the concrete to have high durability, crack resistance and volume stability. In order to meet the construction requirements of the project, the technical personnel of the Jinan area in the west of China Construction used parallel and orthogonal system simulation tests through field investigation. The influence of steel fiber content and sand ratio on the performance of concrete is found, and the multi-phase and heterogeneous composite concrete with aggregate, cement and randomly distributed steel fiber as the main raw materials is successfully prepared.
It is understood that in order to avoid the occurrence of steel fiber agglomeration, technicians put steel fibers into the mixer in a dispersed way and device, which solves the problems of large slump loss and uneven distribution of steel fibers in the transportation process of steel fiber concrete. The test shows that the strengthening, anti-cracking and tensile strength of C50 steel fiber pumping concrete is 20% -40% higher than that of ordinary concrete, and the flexural tensile strength is 30% -40% higher than that of ordinary concrete, which effectively solves the engineering problems of easy cracking and non-wear resistance of bridge pavement, and is highly praised by the project side.
