此前，在9月初，福建地区就已上调水泥价格30元/吨，但受下游段需求不足影响，最终落实情况为15-20元/吨。
而此次福建水泥价格上调的主要原因是煤价高位，当地水泥厂家表示近期福建的煤炭到位价在1200元/吨左右。煤价上涨，使得水泥企业的成本压力增大，企业的涨价意愿强烈。
那么此次水泥价格上调，落实情况如何？
从中国水泥网跟踪情况来看，当地水泥企业信心欠佳。福建当地一水泥企业表示，“如果有的企业不怕亏损，价格不上调，那市场情况就不明朗了”。另一水泥企业则直言，“现在才第一天，后面走势不清楚。”
从供给端来看，福建近期天气晴好，利好施工，水泥厂家出货量有所提升，加之10月错峰停窑执行情况较好，水泥库存压力减小，且煤价高企造成水泥成本上涨，种种因素叠加，当地水泥价格具有上涨基础。
但从需求端来看，今年以来，需求的持续低迷让区域内企业普遍信心不足，部分企业仍在观望。信心欠佳的情况下，区域水泥价格上涨空间有限，具体落实情况仍待观察。
