The company focuses on the investment, construction, operation and management of projects related to the hydrogen energy industry, covering technical services, carbon emission reduction, carbon capture, carbon storage technology research and development in the field of hydrogen energy technology; it is also committed to the research and development of Internet of Things technology and investment in photovoltaic , solar thermal, wind and other new energy projects.
Yifan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is the third subsidiary of Yihuatong in the field of hydrogen energy. Since 2023, Yihuatong has established three hydrogen energy subsidiaries through sole proprietorship and joint venture, located in Beijing and Xinjiang respectively. With the establishment of these three subsidiaries, Yihuatong has launched a layout in the field of hydrogen energy.
On June 6, Yihuatong official micro-announcement said that Beijing Yihuatong Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established. The new company will integrate resources and lay out the upstream hydrogen production field, focusing on the efficient coupling of renewable energy and hydrogen production from electrolytic water and the comprehensive utilization technology of green hydrogen. The core products of the new company are proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis hydrogen production system and fuel cell cogeneration system, combined with China's abundant renewable energy resources, deeply involved in different links of renewable energy hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, hydrogen transportation, hydrogenation, hydrogen use and other industrial chains. The company is wholly owned by Yihuatong with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. At the same time, it was announced that the new company had cooperated with Yining City, Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang, to carry out the construction of photovoltaic power stations, electrolytic water hydrogen production, hydrogenation stations, hydrogen energy storage, hydrogen fuel cell vehicle applications and other projects.
According to public information, on May 26, Yihuatong and Yining Lianchuang City Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. jointly established Xinjiang Zhaolian Qingtong Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Its registered capital is 200 million yuan, and its business scope includes power generation technology services, wind power generation technology services, solar power generation technology services, battery manufacturing, battery spare parts production, battery spare parts sales, industrial design services, station hydrogenation and hydrogen storage facilities sales, automobile sales, automobile spare parts wholesale, etc.
