Recently, Xinyi Glass (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Yuhu Glass Co., Ltd. It is agreed in the contract that Chongqing Yuhu Glass Co., Ltd. will transfer to Xinyi Glass (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. the assets including the flat glass production capacity index with a total daily melting capacity of 1400 tons (two high-quality float glass production lines with a daily melting capacity of 500 tons and 900 tons) effectively registered in Chongqing Economic and Information Commission. From now on, the total daily melting capacity of 1400 tons of flat glass originally owned by Chongqing Yuhu Glass Co., Ltd. will be owned by Xinyi Glass (Chongqing) Co., Ltd.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the state ministries and commissions on the management of the flat glass industry, the changes are hereby announced.
