Recently, China Glass Holdings Dongtai Base has successfully developed online TCO glass products by using the "high-efficiency preparation technology of float online oxide series functional films" which has independent intellectual property rights and won the second prize of national technological invention. The first batch of products were exhibited at the 32nd China International Glass Industry Technology Exhibition in Shanghai in early May, which attracted many customers, technical specialist and people from the same industry to visit and exchange.
TCO glass is the window front electrode of perovskite, cadmium telluride and other new thin film solar cells, and is an important new energy base material. Since the ignition of the online TCO glass production line in Dongtai Base on January 31, after more than three months of intensive research, the modulation technology of TCO film surface state and interface structure has been developed, which solves the problems of energy level matching and ohm IC contact between TCO film and photovoltaic absorption layer. The efficient preparation of the micro-nano structure and the controllable photoelectric performance of the TCO film layer is realized, and a TCO glass product with cooperative coupling of photoelectric performance such as light transmittance, surface resistance, haze and the like is obtained, which can meet the use requirements of batteries such as perovskite, cadmium telluride and the like. At the same time, the film optical structure with uniform visual color and architectural aesthetics was obtained by using the film two-dimensional interference matching technology and surface texture control, which solved the problem of large area uniformity of TCO film.
At present, Dongtai Base has formed a large-scale production capacity of online TCO glass, with excellent photoelectric performance and good uniformity in large area, which marks the breakthrough success of Dongtai Base in product transformation and upgrading, and reflects the leading position and technological innovation ability of the base in the field of new energy glass.
