On February 28, after four days of continuous operation, the 6000 t/d clinker cement production line of SKT4 project in Nigeria was successfully hoisted and closed , and the key milestone node of the project was completed. It has laid a solid foundation for achieving the overall goal of the project construction.
In order to complete the rotary kiln hoisting operation safely, efficiently and with high quality, the project department, on the basis of summing up the experience of SKT3 line cylinder hoisting, combined with the hoisting scheme, 4D hoisting simulation animation and SKT3 rotary kiln hoisting video, carefully combed each step in the hoisting process, and formulated a practical, scientific and efficient hoisting scheme suitable for the project. Before the start of the hoisting operation, the project department organized all the operators involved in the hoisting to conduct safety technical disclosure. The 4D hoisting simulation animation and SKT3 rotary kiln hoisting video were displayed on the large screen, and the overall arrangement, technical control points and safety precautions of the hoisting were explained in detail. At 8:18 a.m.
on February 25, the first cylinder of the rotary kiln was slowly lifted. After four days and nights of continuous operation, the hoisting and closure of the rotary kiln was successfully completed on February 28. Affected by the unexpected situation in the transportation process, the hoisting operation lags behind the original plan for about three months, especially during the hottest period of Nigeria's climate and the period of Nigeria's presidential election. The project is facing severe problems such as unstable external conditions and high temperature climate. In order to ensure the smooth realization of the node goal, the project department has carefully organized and arranged the project. All operators have clear division of responsibilities, responsibilities and tacit cooperation, and completed the hoisting preparation work within 5 days after the emergency disposal, and completed the rotary kiln hoisting operation safely, smoothly and efficiently.
