On February 28, Huadong Materials held the 2023 Annual Business Scheduling Meeting for Commercial Mixed Enterprises. Wang Shengwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Company, attended the meeting and made a speech. The meeting was presided over by Sun Haoran, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Company.
At the meeting, the general managers of the commercial mixed platforms made a comprehensive report on the realization of the 2023 annual target, three fine management, reform and innovation, planning and development, and the marketing leaders reported on the 2023 annual work plan and focus around the marketing "cross" policy. The meeting carried out a major discussion and exchange on the problems arising in the operation and development of various enterprises, formed a preliminary solution, and identified the responsible persons for the implementation of the work.
Wang Shengwei stressed that we should further unify our thinking, improve our political standing, strengthen our confidence and enhance our fighting spirit, closely focus on the year-round goals and tasks, and make all the work solid, deep and excellent. In view of the recent key work of commercial mixed enterprises, Wang Shengwei put forward six requirements.
First, we should strengthen the ecological construction of the industry, persist in practicing internal skills, and constantly improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Second, we should strengthen the management of accounts receivable and pay close attention to the work of clearing up overdue accounts receivable. Thirdly, we should deepen the three-fine management in an all-round way, always adhere to the "twenty-word" benchmarking management policy of commercial mixed business, strengthen quality management, and target and refine benchmarking according to the cost benchmarking system. Fourthly, we should build a new pattern of supply system, vigorously promote the use of bidding websites, and build a characteristic supply system of materials in East China. Fifth, we should innovate the performance appraisal scheme, establish a perfect marketing appraisal system, and give full play to the subjective initiative of the whole staff. Sixth, we should coordinate the key work of safety and environmental protection, information construction, tax rate reform and capital expenditure, so as to lay a solid foundation for the company's high-quality development. East China Materials, middle-level managers, assistant general managers of departments, assistant general managers and above of commercial mixed platforms, and heads of financial departments.
