various units inspected the waters where illegal sand and gravel mining and transportation activities occurred frequently, such as North Guam, Shacheng Port and Qixing Island, focusing on illegal sand and gravel mining, illegal barge and illegal transportation, and strictly investigated and punished illegal sand and gravel mining and transportation vessels according to law. The joint law enforcement was jointly organized by eight sea-related units in Zhejiang and Fujian. Four law enforcement vessels and 18 law enforcement officers were dispatched, with a cruise time of 7 hours and a cruise mileage of 80 nautical miles.
