On March 1, Gansu Qilianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. issued the acquisition report (revised draft). The announcement shows that after the transaction (without considering raising matching funds), China Jiaotong Construction and China Urban and Rural Areas hold a total of 1,285,418,199 shares of listed companies, with a shareholding ratio of 62.35%. China Jiaotong Construction has become the controlling shareholder of listed companies, and China Jiaotong Group has become the actual controller of listed companies.
