Gezhouba Cement Holds a Lecture on the Theme of "Digital Intelligence Enabling Cement Production"

China Gezhouba Cement Company invited Xu Yue, Assistant General Manager of Conch Group, to give a lecture on the theme of "Digital Intelligence Enabling Cement Production". lecture, Xu Yue shared the experience, lessons and achievements of Conch Group in the process of digital intelligence construction. In view of the common problems faced by the construction of digital intelligence, such as the lack of top-level planning and design, the weak foundation of intelligent application, and the weak overall collaborative guarantee system, she made an analysis in the lecture, and pointed out that the construction of digital intelligence should adhere to the top-down, take the management needs as the guide, and take solving problems as the ultimate goal. Subsequently, she systematically introduced the "three platforms" of Conch Group's intelligent operation and maintenance platform, intelligent production platform and management platform, and the "eight systems" of digital mine management system, intelligent quality control system and expert optimization system, and summarized and shared the "six successful experiences" and "four shortcomings" in the process of digital intelligent construction. This lecture broadened the vision of the participants and provided good guidance and help for the company to carry out the construction of digital intelligence.

Yang Dan stressed that to promote the construction of digital intelligence, the first is to change ideas. In order to list digital and intelligent transformation as a top project, the leaders of each unit should personally deploy and command ahead, and constantly strengthen the top-level driving force.
