On February 21st, the first precast floor slab of Building 30 of the Shanghai Baoye Free Trade Zone Lingang Bay Project was successfully hoisted, marking that the project has officially entered the assembly construction stage.
Located in Haiwan Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai, this project covers a total land area of 82211.57 square meters, a total building area of 290904.87 square meters, and a total above-ground building area of 185506.87 square meters. The total building area of the two underground floors is 105,398 square meters. The main construction contents include 11 17-storey commercial residential buildings and 5 14-storey commercial residential buildings in D07-01 plot, 6 17-storey commercial residential buildings and 2 14-storey commercial residential buildings in E04-02 plot, and 2 25-storey public rental indemnificatory residential buildings.
At present, the project is in the main construction stage, and it is planned to complete the capping of 26 single main structures on July 30, 2023. Shanghai Baoye will continue to adhere to its corporate mission of "building high-quality projects and building an evergreen foundation", take a decisive attitude, pay close attention to safe production and engineering quality, keep a close eye on on-site construction management, promote project construction with high standards and high quality, and contribute to the development of Lingang New Area.
