In recent years, China United Cement Joint Partners have invested nearly 100 million yuan to build the first batch of five photovoltaic power generation projects . They are Linyi Zhonglian 6.5MWp Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, Tengzhou Zhonglian 5MWp Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, Bengbu Zhonglian 2.03MWp Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, Taian Zhonglian 4.2MWp Photovoltaic Power Generation Project and Lunan Zhonglian 0.5MWp Photovoltaic Car Shed Project.

Among them, Linyi Zhonglian 6.5MWp Distributed Photovoltaic Grid-connected Power Station Project adopts computer automatic monitoring system, which can generate 10 million kWh of electricity throughout the year, producing great value in economic benefits and environmental protection, and truly realizing win-win economic and ecological benefits. In order to make the sky bluer and the water greener, Linyi Zhonglian Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. adopts the way of "nearby access, self-use and surplus electricity access to the grid" to convert solar energy into green energy, which is continuously injected into the "arteries" of cement production through the company's power grid. With the photovoltaic project as the starting point, the original intention of the project construction to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction has been realized. The average annual power generation of the project is about 2.1614 million kWh, which has good energy-saving, environmental and social benefits.

Tengzhou Zhonglian 5MWp photovoltaic power generation project adopts the scheme of block power generation and centralized grid connection. The system is divided into 10 grid-connected power generation units. Each grid-connected power generation unit is boosted to 10 kV by a 10 kV local transformer, and the 10 kV cable is connected to Tengzhou Zhonglian 110 kV substation system. The project is built on the Mang Mang hillside behind Tengzhou Zhonglian. The neatly arranged photovoltaic panels can not be seen at a glance, like walking into a "blue ocean". These photovoltaic panels continuously convert solar energy into electricity, using three-dimensional sunshine analysis software, according to the plane topographic map and solar trajectory. Parameters such as sunshine time and sheltering objects on the Winter Solstice day are obtained, meanwhile, sheltering areas of the mountain body caused by terrain factors are eliminated, usable areas for arranging the photovoltaic array are screened out, and shadow sheltering is greatly reduced.

Tai'an Zhonglian has always been committed to the utilization and promotion of clean energy in the cement industry. At the beginning of the planning and design of the production line, the use of clean energy has been included in the important issues, and the optimization process has been continuously maintained. The company makes full use of the advantage of sufficient illumination in the plant area. All street lamps in the plant adopt photovoltaic function . With the help of the roof of the plant, the open space of the plant area and the water surface of the plant area, photovoltaic panels are laid. The total installed capacity is 4.2M Wp .

By the end of 2022, the first batch of five photovoltaic power generation projects have been put into operation, generating 21 million degrees of electricity annually, saving 0.67 million tons of standard coal annually, reducing 21000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions and saving about 2.5 million yuan in cost. In order to further promote the green development strategy, actively implement green energy, low-carbon transformation and carbon reduction actions, and give full play to the strength of China United Cement. The construction and operation of the

After the completion of the

project, the total installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation of Zhonglian Cement will reach 149.95 MWp (including the projects already put into operation), with an estimated annual power generation of nearly 140 million degrees, an annual saving of about 45000 tons of standard coal and an annual emission reduction of about 140000 tons of carbon dioxide. While effectively saving energy and reducing emissions, it can save 10 million yuan in cost, enhance core competitiveness, and truly achieve win-win economic and ecological benefits.
