Recently, three projects of Conch Cement have made new progress. On February 21,
2023, Conch Group's first kitchen waste recycling project was successfully put into operation in Chongqing Conch Company.
Chongqing Conch Kitchen Waste Resource Utilization Project is built to meet the needs of urban environmental sanitation development and serve the new standard of urban environmental sanitation management. It is another important measure for Conch Group to actively respond to the call of national construction of ecological civilization, assist local governments to vigorously develop environmental protection and circular economy, and effectively protect water resources in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
The project is divided into two phases to build two production lines with a daily processing capacity of 60 tons. The first phase of the project will be started in March 2022 and put into operation in February 2023 . After the
project is put into operation, it will maximize the comprehensive utilization rate of resources, meet the disposal of kitchen waste in some catering enterprises in the central urban area of Zhongxian County, and turn waste into treasure to produce organic basic fertilizers and oils as alternative fuels, reduce coal consumption, and achieve the "three unification" of social, economic and environmental benefits, so as to achieve the "three unification" of social, economic and environmental benefits. of February 23, Gan County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, held a centralized commencement ceremony for key projects in February 2023. It includes the SCR denitrification transformation project of Conch Cement Clinker Line in Ganxian County with a total investment of 25 million yuan.
Recently, Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment issued an announcement on the acceptance of environmental impact assessment information for the clean energy substitution project of cement kiln of Liangping Conch Cement Co., Ltd.
Liangping Conch Cement Co., Ltd. is located in Anju Village, Huilong Town, Liangping District, Chongqing. The company now has a new dry-process cement production line of 4800 t/d, supporting the construction of its own limestone mine and sandstone mine, with an annual output of 1.584 million tons of clinker and 2.2 million tons of cement. At the same time, a set of pure low-temperature waste heat power station with an installed capacity of 9 MW is built by using the waste heat resources at the kiln head and kiln tail of the 4800 t/d cement clinker production line, with an annual power generation of 68.4 million kWh.
In order to respond to the national call for energy conservation, emission reduction and carbon reduction, implement green and low-carbon development, reduce the production cost of enterprises and improve economic efficiency, Liangping Conch Cement Co., Ltd. intends to implement the clean energy substitution project of cement kilns. The main construction contents of the clean energy substitution project of cement kilns include: It includes the transformation of preheater, calciner, staged combustion system, cooler system and raw mill system; the transformation of natural gas coupling combustion in cement kiln, including the transformation of burner and the installation of intelligent control system; the transformation of biomass alternative fuel in cement kiln, including the construction of a new temporary storage of biomass alternative fuel, supporting crushing system, metering and conveying system, pre-combustion furnace, etc. After the completion of the
project, the fuel used for cement clinker calcination will be adjusted from raw coal to raw coal + natural gas + biomass alternative fuel, and the consumption of raw coal will be adjusted from 268,500 t/a to 24,600 t/a of raw coal and 99.2 million m ³/a of natural gas. The annual comprehensive utilization of biomass alternative fuels is 150000 t/a, which ultimately achieves the goal of energy saving, emission reduction, carbon reduction and efficiency enhancement. The total investment of the project is 210 million yuan, including 45.15 million yuan for environmental protection, accounting for 21.5% of the total investment. The Cement Kiln Clean Energy Substitution Project
of Liangping Conch Cement Co., Ltd. is located in the plant area of Chongqing Liangping Conch Cement Co., Ltd. in Anju Village, Huilong Town, Liangping District. The project construction conforms to the requirements of national and local industrial policies, relevant planning and environmental access regulations of Chongqing industrial projects. During the implementation of the
project, the clean production process is adopted, and the pollution prevention and control measures adopted are technically and economically feasible, which can ensure the stable discharge of various pollutants up to the standard, and the discharge of pollutants meets the requirements of total amount control. The prediction shows that the pollutants normally discharged by the project have little impact on the surrounding environment and environmental protection objectives, and the environmental risk is acceptable. On the premise of implementing various environmental protection measures and environmental risk prevention measures proposed in this report, strictly implementing the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection and meeting the requirements of safe production, the construction of this project is feasible from the perspective of environmental protection.
