2023, China State Construction International Limited issued the latest announcement stating that:
Mr. Yan Jianguo resigned as the chairman of the board of directors of the Company and will continue to serve as a non-executive director of the Company; Mr. Zhang Haipeng, an executive director
of the Company, was appointed as the chairman and ceased to be the chief executive officer of the Company.
Mr. Wang Xiaoguang was appointed as an executive director and the chief executive officer of the Company.
