日前，中国海螺环保控股有限公司发布公告，董事会宣布公司已采纳新标志，自公告日期起生效。新标志将用于本公司网站及所有公司文件，包括但不限于中期及年度报告、公告、通函、新闻稿及宣传资料。据悉，新标志将不会影响公司现有股东的任何权利。公司所有印有先前标志的现有已发行股票将继续有效作为本公司有关股份的所有权文件，并有效用作买卖、交收、登记及交付用途。因此，概不会作出任何安排以将现有股票免费更换为印有新标志的新股票。
