It is understood that the project is located in Xiacheng Village, Huangmen Town, Qingshui County, and is a new project. The proposed project includes open-pit mining area, processing area, office and living area, storage and transportation works and environmental protection works. Dust control at the construction site must achieve "six 100%", that is, 100% enclosure around the construction site, 100% coverage of material stacking, 100% washing of vehicles entering and leaving the construction site, 100% hardening of the ground at the construction site, 100% wet operation at the demolition site, and 100% closed transportation of dregs and soil vehicles.
In addition, various air pollution prevention and control measures should be implemented during the operation of the project. Implement the dust-proof measures for finished product storage yard such as regular water spraying and dust reduction for raw materials and finished product storage yard proposed in the report form. Cover the waste dump, set up semi-enclosed storage shed for raw material storage yard and finished product storage yard, harden the site, and sprinkle water to reduce dust. For crushing and screening dust, the crusher and screening machine shall be enclosed in the plant (color steel structure) in the crushing and screening section, and the gas collecting hood shall be installed above each dust producing point, and the belt conveyor shall be sealed. After the dust is collected by the gas collecting hood, it shall be discharged through the exhaust pipe higher than 15m. The transport road shall be sprinkled with water regularly, and the carriage of the transport vehicle shall be fully covered with tarpaulin to reduce the generation and emission of dust. Measures to prevent and control water pollution and noise pollution
should also be strengthened. The project only processes the ore, and no production wastewater is produced during the operation period. The waste belts produced in the processing area are sold for comprehensive utilization. The dust collected by the bag-type dust collector is bagged for temporary storage and sold regularly as building materials. Select low-noise equipment, optimize the layout and take measures such as sound insulation, sound absorption and noise elimination. Transport vehicles should slow down.
