2023, Tengzhou Dongguo Cement Co., Ltd. and Lunan Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. organized an expert review meeting on the assessment and monitoring of ultra-low emission transformation, becoming the first cement enterprise in Zaozhuang City to complete the ultra-low emission transformation and pass the expert acceptance.

In 2022, Shandong Province issued the "Implementation Plan for Ultra-low Emission Reform of Cement Industry in Shandong Province" and "Technical Guidelines for Assessment and Monitoring of Ultra-low Emission in Cement Industry in Shandong Province", requiring cement enterprises in Shandong Province to complete the transformation of unorganized emission control, clean transportation, monitoring and monitoring facilities by the end of 2023, and organized emission control to achieve ultra-low emission levels. The concentration of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides at the kiln tail reaches the ultra-low emission standard.
