Recently, the reporter learned from Yantai Housing and Construction Bureau that Yantai took the lead in building a "smart site" supervision platform in the whole province, and all new projects above the city's scale installed remote video surveillance and dust online monitoring system. All video surveillance and dust on-line monitoring equipment are connected to the city's intelligent site monitoring platform to achieve real-time inspection of the dust situation on the construction site and timely detection and disposal of dust pollution problems. At present, 374 star-rated intelligent construction sites have been established in the city, of which 74 are above two-star level.
In recent years, Yantai City has put forward clear requirements for the prevention and control of dust pollution in construction sites, and comprehensively improved the fine management level of dust control in the construction field. Yantai adopts the combination of city-level "open investigation" and third-party "secret investigation", and the combination of district and city self-examination and mutual investigation to carry out a bottom-up and pull-net investigation of all construction sites in 14 districts and cities of the city. Since 2022, the supervisory team of the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau has inspected 1035 construction sites, found and rectified 850 problems, issued 141 notices of hidden dangers, and submitted 43 administrative penalties.
