Circular Economy Has Great Potential? Conch Group's First Kitchen Waste Resource Utilization Project Successfully Put into Operation

2023, Conch Group's first kitchen waste recycling project was successfully put into operation in Chongqing Conch Company.

Chongqing Conch Kitchen Waste Resource Utilization Project is built to meet the needs of urban environmental sanitation development and serve the new standard of urban environmental sanitation management. It is another important measure for Conch Group to actively respond to the call of national construction of ecological civilization, assist local governments to vigorously develop environmental protection and circular economy, and effectively protect water resources in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.

The project is divided into two phases to build two production lines with a daily processing capacity of 60 tons. The first phase of the project will be started in March 2022 and put into operation in February 2023. After the project is put into operation, it will maximize the comprehensive utilization rate of resources, meet the disposal of kitchen waste in some catering enterprises in the central urban area of Zhongxian County, and turn waste into treasure to produce organic basic fertilizers and oils as alternative fuels to reduce coal consumption. To achieve the "three unification" of social, economic and environmental benefits, and actively promote the green and sustainable development of local industry.
