At 10:30 in the morning, under the witness of all the staff of the project, the concrete distribution and vibration system slowly began to distribute accurately, and the first ring segment was poured. The pouring of the first ring marks that the segment prefabrication project has formally entered the substantive production stage, and the production schedule is expected to be 3-6 rings per day.
At the construction site, all departments cooperated closely, and the first ring pouring was carried out in a tense and orderly manner. The reinforcement cage shall be placed into the formwork by the reinforcement work team, and the quality department shall conduct inspection during the installation process; the safety department shall conduct on-site monitoring to avoid accidents such as work-related injuries due to improper operation during the hoisting and installation of the reinforcement cage; the laboratory shall ensure the slump of the concrete, and test the water retention, fluidity and cohesiveness of the concrete before the opening, so as to avoid bleeding and segregation during the concrete pouring.
Huzhou Concrete Products Project Department undertakes the production and prefabrication of 984 ring segments of Baoshan Tunnel in the Shanghai-Nanjing Section of the new Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei High-speed Railway. The lining segments required in the project are 9 segments per ring, with an outer diameter of 13 meters, which are the main assembly components of the tunnel structure, the protective barrier of the internal space of the tunnel, and bear the role of resisting soil pressure, groundwater pressure and some special loads. As the permanent lining structure of the tunnel, the segments are closely connected and interlocked, so the construction is difficult and the technical requirements are high.
"Especially, the construction and production of super-large diameter segments are difficult. This kind of massive concrete forms a structure, which should fully ensure the internal compactness. At the same time, it is difficult for the massive concrete to release its own hydration heat evenly, which is easy to generate internal cracks and reduce the waterproof performance of the segments." The technical director of the project said, "In order to achieve the best value of the mix proportion, we have passed dozens of tests, not only to meet the design requirements of strength and impermeability, but also to design the mix proportion of concrete, which is conducive to the uniform release of internal heat of mass concrete segments, and constantly innovate the process of steam curing and water curing of segments."
