Recently, China Cement Network invited Zou Weibin, senior consultant and grinding expert of China Cement Network, to exchange views on the trend of energy saving and consumption reduction of grinding system in cement industry.
Zou Weibin said that in terms of energy saving in cement grinding, there are still some new materials and technical equipment that can be applied in the next step. It includes the application of ceramic material in tube mill; the application of new roller surface technology in roller press; the application of metal composite ceramic material in vertical mill roller and millstone; the application of new integrated classifier technology; the application of new high efficiency powder separator; the application of new energy-saving lining plate in tube mill; the application of new lightweight partition plate and grate plate with large through hole rate in tube mill.
In the current economic environment, energy-intensive industries are facing the pressure of national energy saving and emission reduction policies, as well as the increasing energy costs. Therefore, reducing power consumption has become one of the important means to reduce energy consumption in the cement industry.
Zou Weibin introduced that at present, through their own efforts, some enterprises have reduced power consumption from more than 30 degrees to less than 26 degrees step by step, but there are still some technical details to be improved in the factory.
In view of the problem of replacing some clinker with active materials such as steel slag and water slag, but the grinding difficulty of these materials is high, Zou Weibin said that the grindability of materials such as steel slag, slag and fly ash is poor. One is to use a roller press as a combined mill, which is ground by a tube mill, and the second is to use a vertical mill. Of course, it is a development trend in the future to use superfine technology to solve industrial waste such as steel slag, slag, fly ash and so on.
In addition, Zou Weibin also pointed out that in the production process, it is necessary to control the distribution of particle size. At present, the means used are basically specific surface area and sieve residue. Some factories need to improve laser particle size measurement, which can clearly know the actual content of each particle size and its characteristic particle size value, so as to reduce the production cost of cement clinker per ton. Further guarantees have been made from the inspection instruments. Consumption reduction and emission reduction, energy saving and environmental protection upgrading and development of the
cement industry are related to the future of the cement industry. It is of great significance for the green development of cement industry to control the power consumption of grinding system.
At present, the downward trend of cement demand is prominent, energy prices remain high, costs remain high for a long time, and profit compression has become the norm.
