On June 19, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Jiaxing City issued a notice on the dynamic verification of the qualifications of construction enterprises in 2023.
Notice shows that: 68 concrete enterprises were inspected, and 29 notices of rectification within a time limit were issued; 50 enterprises were checked for the qualification of third-level general contracting enterprises for construction projects, of which 35 construction enterprises were required to rectify within a time limit!
In order to further strengthen the dynamic supervision of the qualifications of construction enterprises and standardize the order of the construction market, the Municipal Construction Bureau has issued the Notice of Jiaxing Construction Bureau on the Dynamic Verification of the Qualifications of Construction Enterprises in 2023 and the Notice of Jiaxing Construction Bureau on the Special Inspection of the Qualifications of Construction Enterprises in Jiaxing. The qualification of concrete enterprises and three-level enterprises of general contracting for construction projects in our city is checked. All the concrete enterprises

According to the Regulations on Qualification Management of Construction Enterprises, enterprises with problems are required to complete rectification within three months, and the rectification period shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State. If they refuse to rectify within the time limit, their qualification certificates of construction enterprises shall be revoked in accordance with the relevant provisions.
