This special law enforcement inspection focuses on the environmental management measures of commercial mixing enterprises, and is carried out through on-site inspection, access to information, investigation and inquiry. First, check the environmental protection information, check whether the environmental impact assessment of construction projects is strictly implemented, whether the "three simultaneous" system is implemented, and whether the pollutant discharge permit system is implemented. Whether the transfer and disposal of hazardous wastes are managed by accounting. Second, check the production site, check the access road and site dust removal, whether the material bin, batching bin and other places are sealed, whether they are covered as required, whether the hazardous waste is stored in a standardized way, and whether the reuse of waste water and waste is standardized. Third, check the pollution control facilities, check whether the production mixing equipment implements dust removal facilities, whether the dust reduction measures such as sealing, covering, cleaning and sprinkling are taken during the production and operation process, and whether the management of off-road mobile machinery is standardized.

This special inspection has achieved full coverage of six large-scale commercial mixing stations in the jurisdiction, with 17 law enforcement officers dispatched, 11 problems found and 4 rectification notices issued. At the same time, law enforcement officers preached to the owners on environmental protection laws and regulations such as the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Solid Waste Pollution, explaining in detail the environmental protection requirements of air pollution prevention and control, solid and hazardous waste management, and striving to improve the level of pollution prevention and control in enterprises.
Next, the Southern Bureau of Ecology and Environment will urge enterprises to rectify according to the list of problems, implement the guidance of "people to factories", help establish and improve long-term management mechanism, scientifically formulate effective prevention and control measures, make up for the shortcomings of environmental protection, establish the awareness of ecological environment safety, and contribute to the high-quality development of enterprises.
