Start the health assessment of rivers and lakes in an all-round way, complete the health assessment of 19 rivers within the year, establish the health archives of rivers and lakes, promote health monitoring, and gradually start the implementation plan of "one river (lake) one policy" for rivers that have completed the health assessment of rivers and lakes.

Strengthen the dynamic supervision of the river and lake length system, conscientiously implement the natural replacement mechanism of the river length, promulgate the evaluation criteria for the performance of the river and lake length in Jiangmen City, deepen the assessment mechanism for the performance of the river and lake length, and improve the ability of the river and lake length to patrol the river. Strengthen the work cohesion among the member units of the river and lake length system, implement the meeting mechanism and information sharing mechanism between the river length office and the member units, improve the evaluation mechanism of the member units, and consolidate the water control responsibilities of various departments. We will continue to deepen the volunteer service of "He Xiaoqing", improve the system and mechanism, increase the recruitment and training of volunteers, the docking of project supply and demand, the organization and publication of activities, and the incentive of service evaluation, so as to promote the transformation of the volunteer service of river protection from "incremental development" to "quality improvement development". Encourage the construction of volunteer post stations for river protection to facilitate volunteers to participate in river protection activities. We will conscientiously implement the Measures for the Use and Management of Special Funds for Water Resources Protection of the Tanjiang River in Jiangmen City, strengthen the management of project implementation, speed up the payment of funds, and ensure that the investment completion rate of the projects arranged by the special funds for water resources protection of the Tanjiang River reaches 100% by the end of the year. Effective measures should be taken to speed up the payment process of the central water conservancy development fund and the Xijiang provincial river patrol fund, so as to ensure that the payment rate is more than 60% by the end of September and 100% by the end of the year, so as to effectively improve the efficiency of the use of funds.
