Concrete enterprises "one over four penalties"!

On June 20, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation released the case of "one over four penalties" of Xuyi Branch of Tianchang Xinshi Concrete Co., Ltd. According to

the notice,

on April 3, 2023, Xuyi Branch of Tianchang Xinshi Concrete Co., Ltd. exceeded the total number of freight vehicles of the unit due to illegal and over-limited transportation by road transport enterprises within one year. 10% of them were seized by the law enforcement officers of Xuyi County Transportation Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade, and the number of freight vehicles illegally transported by the road transport enterprises within one year exceeded 10% of the total number of freight vehicles in the unit. On May 6, 2023, Xuyi County Transportation Bureau imposed an administrative penalty of ordering the suspension of business for 15 days.
