of Qianxi-Zhijin Expressway spans the Liuchong River Canyon at the boundary point between Qianxi City and Zhijin County. The whole bridge is exquisite in design, beautiful in shape, magnificent in momentum and magnificent. In February 2023, the completion and opening of the Liuchong River Bridge officially brought Qianxi City into the "high-speed era". For the first time, C60 mountain sand concrete is applied to large-span concrete bridge in this project, which provides a new idea for selecting high-strength building materials according to local conditions in mountainous areas lacking river sand.

Liuchong River Bridge has created the first research on the fine design of concrete cable-stayed bridge crack resistance in China, and the research results have reached the international leading level. The results have been successfully applied to the design and achieved good results, avoiding the crack problems that occurred during the construction of similar bridges in China. The main span of the

bridge is 438 meters, which is the largest prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge in Guizhou Province at present. The main girder of the bridge adopts π-shaped girder structure, the main tower adopts diamond-shaped structure, and the bridge deck is about 400 meters high from the water surface. It is the first time in Guizhou Province to carry out special research on wind resistance and seismic design in the design of large-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridges in mountainous areas, which has accumulated valuable design experience for similar bridges in the future.
