2023, the Xinxiang County Market Supervision Bureau of Xinxiang City conducted an on-site inspection of Tiantai Cement Co., Ltd. in Xinxiang, Henan Province, according to the clues. It was found on the spot that the "Taishan Tianrui" brand cement sold by the company infringed the exclusive right of "Tianrui" registered trademark of Tianrui Cement Group Co., Ltd.

After investigation, without obtaining the "Taishan Tianrui" trademark, the company commissioned the printing of "Taishan Tianrui" cement packaging bags and sold 300 bags of cement, with an illegal business volume of 3600 yuan. The infringement of the exclusive right to use a registered trademark by the party concerned violates the provisions of Article 57 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China. On June 8, 2023, the Market Supervision Bureau of Xinxiang County, in accordance with the provisions of Article 60 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, ordered the party concerned to stop the infringement immediately and imposed a fine of 175,000 yuan on the party concerned.
