the data, Sichuan Heguang Tongcheng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. was established on March 10, 2023. Its subsidiary and Guangtongcheng Photovoltaic Technology (Yibin) Co., Ltd. focus on the manufacture, production and sales of high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells. At present, 32GW cell production capacity is planned, and the project will be implemented in two phases. The first phase of the project, 16GW, started construction in April 2023 and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in September 2023. According to the plan, Heguang Tongcheng plans to have a production capacity of 50-60 GW in 2024-2026.
In addition, on March 30 this year, Gaojing Solar Energy, the "black horse" in the field of silicon wafers, signed a three-year contract with Heguang Tongcheng. From March 2023 to December 2025, the number of silicon wafers supplied under the contract was 100 million, 1 billion and 2.5 billion respectively.
