In order to accelerate the transformation of green environmental protection, In De'an County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Building Materials Group Company uses the 6600t/d new dry process cement clinker production line of Jiangxi De'an Wannianqing Cement Co., Ltd. to build a collaborative solid waste disposal production line project, with a total investment of nearly 250 million yuan. The construction scale is 50000 tons/year hazardous waste + 50000 tons/year municipal solid waste incineration fly ash, which is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2023.
Up to now, the main body of the office building of the project has been completed, 50% of the main structure of the pretreatment workshop of the hazardous waste disposal production line has been completed, the equipment installation has been started, and the civil foundation of the disposal workshop and drying workshop of the fly ash disposal production line has been completed.
This project transforms hazardous wastes into alternative fuels and raw materials for cement production, which is a more advanced form of hazardous waste disposal, consistent with the national macro-policy of ecological environment protection, consistent with the concept of energy saving and emission reduction and the development of circular economy, and is a priority project supported by the national "14th Five-Year Plan". The investment and construction of the project is conducive to optimizing the treatment of hazardous wastes, improving the utilization rate and efficiency of hazardous waste resources, avoiding the generation of residues and fly ash and secondary pollution, ensuring the safe treatment of hazardous wastes, reducing environmental pollution, realizing sustainable development and circular economy, and bringing significant social and environmental benefits.
