Continue to promote the commencement of Qilianshan Cement 4000t/d clinker new dry process cement production line project in June; speed up the approval of S18 Kangle to Sunan County Section project, and strive to start construction within the year; Promote the projects of Baiyang River, Qinglonggou and other pumped storage power stations to be included in the national or provincial planning and accelerate the preliminary work.
