(3) Accelerate the extension, development and utilization of the industrial chain of sand and gravel resources. According to the general working idea of "first-level monopoly, second-level enlivening and diversified economy", while ensuring the exploitation of lake sand, the first is to actively explore the exploitation and management of mountain sand in conjunction with natural resources departments; The second is to extend the sand and gravel industry chain, accelerate the cooperation with Pengze County Agricultural Reclamation Group Yangtze River Wharf in sand storage (conversion of bills), and develop the whole chain of "mining, storage and marketing" to realize the "dry squeeze" of the sand and gravel value chain.
