1. During the construction period of the project, the pollution prevention and control of waste water, noise and solid waste should be done well according to the requirements. The construction unit shall urge the construction unit to go through the pollutant discharge declaration formalities with the environmental protection department 15 days before the commencement of construction. Night construction shall be approved by the environmental protection department before construction, so as to minimize the impact of noise on the surrounding environment.

2. Design and construct the water supply and drainage pipe network in the plant area according to the principle of "rain and sewage diversion, clean water and sewage diversion, one water for multiple purposes". The wastewater from glass edging and cleaning of the construction project is recycled after sedimentation in the sedimentation tank and will not be discharged; the domestic sewage is treated in the septic tank and then discharged into the Dongcheng Sewage Treatment Plant in Huaiyin District of Huai'an City. After the sewage is treated by the sewage treatment plant to meet the first class A standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002), the tail water is discharged into the Salt River.

3. Low-noise equipment shall be selected, and measures such as sound insulation, silencing and shock absorption shall be taken to ensure that the noise at the factory boundary is discharged up to the standard. The emission standard shall comply with the Class 2 standard of the Emission Standard for Environmental Noise at the Factory Boundary of Industrial Enterprises (GB12348-2008).

4. Domestic waste of the project shall be cleared, transported and disposed of in a unified and timely manner by the environmental sanitation department. The construction unit shall do a good job in collection, temporary storage and disposal in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of general solid waste management.

3. When the nature, scale, location, process or pollution prevention measures of the project are inconsistent with the contents submitted for approval or have undergone major changes, the construction unit shall re-submit the EIA documents to our Bureau for approval.

4. After the completion of the project, the construction unit shall organize and carry out the "three simultaneous" acceptance of the environmental protection facilities for the completion of the project according to the regulations. Only after the acceptance is qualified, can project be put into production formally. At the same time, the construction unit shall apply for the pollutant discharge permit or pollutant discharge registration as required, so as to standardize the pollutant discharge.
