In 2016, Professor Zhuge Wenda founded Hubei Baizhishan Wensheng Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., an ecological agricultural plantation using barren hills to grow organic fruits and vegetables, covering an area of more than 1200 mu, planting more than 10 kinds of ecological organic fruits such as organic peaches, grapes and mulberries, and has won many green food trademarks. More than 500 surrounding villagers were employed and 45 households were lifted out of poverty.

In 2020, Professor Zhuge Wenda founded Hubei Zhongxin Kaiwei Modern Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. to build two 26-storey production buildings with an annual output of 1.2 million pigs, creating the world's largest single area and the most efficient building pig-raising demonstration base. The project attaches great importance to the innovative application of digital animal husbandry, to achieve the goal of solid waste not leaving the factory, zero discharge of waste water, ultra-low discharge of waste gas, energy of manure and reduction of carbon emissions; The waste heat of the cement plant is used to keep the pig farm warm in winter, the biogas of the pig farm provides clean energy for the cement plant to generate electricity, and the biogas residue of the pig farm is treated at high temperature in the cement plant, and the energy is exchanged to realize the internal recycling and coordinated development of resources. The project attaches great importance to animal epidemic prevention and control to ensure biosafety and food safety. The project innovates in the traditional breeding mode, and its intelligent management mode liberates the labor force and greatly improves the labor efficiency. Zhongxin Kaiwei Modern Animal Husbandry has successfully debugged the world's first technologies, such as medium-temperature drying and disinfection system, ultra-high and ultra-high flow feed conveying system, DCS automatic control system, space uninterrupted oxidation and toxicity suppression system, and has applied for more than 10 patents for inventions and utility models simultaneously, and has obtained intellectual property protection. To build a national pig breeding innovation center with high standards, high technology and new ideas.
4. In 2021, Zhuge Wenda established Hubei Zhongxin Kaiwei Food Co., Ltd. and invested 6 billion yuan in the construction of Zhongxin Kaiwei Green Food Industrial Park. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that 3 million pigs will be slaughtered and processed annually, and 5 million new Chinese nutritional meals will be processed and produced every day, so as to build a whole industry chain model and realize the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries. It is estimated that the annual output value will be 12 billion yuan, the annual profit and tax will be 1 billion yuan, 5000 people will be employed, and more than 20000 people will be employed in logistics, business and trade services. Promote the coordinated development of surrounding villages, help rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity.
