Successful Closure of Rotary Kiln of 6000t/d Clinker Cement Production Line Project of Vietnam Chengsheng Line 5

On October 9, at 9 o'clock local time in Vietnam, the Φ5.4 × 72m rotary kiln of Vietnam Chengsheng Line 5 6000t/d clinker cement production line, which was contracted by Sinoma International (Nanjing) and constructed by Suzhou Sinoma, was successfully closed.

The project department has overcome the adverse weather effects such as high temperature, hot summer and frequent rainstorms, carefully organized and rationally planned, formulated in detail the hoisting scheme of rotary kiln including safety and provention and control, quality control, schedule adjustment and other elements, and arranged the hoisting site in advance, and installed protective facilities. After a comprehensive safety and technical disclosure to the construction personnel involved in the hoisting, the project department organized the operators to carry out the hoisting operation in an orderly manner. After six days of unremitting efforts, the rotary kiln was successfully closed and won high appreciation from the owners. The successful closure of the

rotary kiln indicates that the project construction has achieved phased results and laid a good foundation for the subsequent construction.
