Li Mouhong was the head of Ximu Workshop of Hongxin Sandstone. Before becoming the head of the River and Lake Management Unit, Lu Benping served as the supervisor of Hongxin Sandstone Company from September 2013 to June 2017, responsible for the company's sand and gravel sales and other work.
"Lu Benping and Li Mouhong have always maintained close contact, and they often meet in Chengdu." The investigators decided to divide the soldiers into two groups, starting from the periphery, investigating and talking with the relevant personnel, fixing the evidence, and focusing on the internal audit, patiently and meticulously doing ideological work for Lu Benping. Finally, Lu Benping confessed his illegal profit-making activities, bribery, corruption and other issues.
In 2014, when the market of sand and gravel sales industry was weak, Li Mouhong, then the head of a workshop, sought help from Lu Benping, who was in charge of the company's sand and gravel sales, and promised to give Lu Benping a commission from each party of sand and gravel sales from 2014 to 2017. Lu Benping received a total sales commission of 640,000 yuan from the workshop.
