2023, the first pile of 15 # main pier of Caijiagou double-track super-large bridge of Chongqing-Wanzhou High-speed Railway Station, which was constructed by China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd., was poured at zero point on February 12 after five hours. The first pile foundation of the main pier of the bridge was successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the next construction and production. The total length of the main line
of Chongqing-Wanzhou High-speed Railway is 247.407 km, and the design speed is 350 km/H. The length of Caijiagou double-track super-large bridge is 2113.308 m, and the length of the section with the bridge height higher than 80 m is 660 m. The height of the main pier is 150.5 m, which is the highest pier of similar projects under construction in China. The main bridge of the
bridge involves unfavorable geology such as high pier, large span, accumulation body, karst, soft soil and soft plastic silty clay. The construction technology is complex, the quality control requirements are high, the construction difficulty is high, and the project scale is large, and there are many large-scale construction machinery and equipment, which increases the difficulty of linear control of large-span continuous beam. It is the key and difficult project in the construction of this bid section. It is also the control project of this bid section. Since the first pile of Caijiagou Double-track Bridge was drilled on December 20, 2022, 49 pile foundations have been completed, and the pile foundation of 15 # main pier is 13 days ahead of the construction period. The diameter of the pile foundation poured this time is 2.5m, the design pile length is 43m, the design concrete is C40, and the pouring volume is 221 cubic meters. At present, the pile foundation construction of the whole bridge of Caijiagou double-track super-large bridge has been carried out in an all-round way. According to the analysis of the current construction schedule, it meets the requirements of the overall construction period.
In order to actively implement the "four guarantees" requirements of "safety, quality, construction period and ecology" of Chongqing-Guizhou-Chongqing-Wanzhou Railway Company, China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau has formulated a scientific construction plan for the first five bids of Chongqing-Wanzhou High-speed Railway Station, rationally allocated resources, and carried out various work in strict accordance with the norms and standards and the relevant provisions of Chongqing-Guizhou-Chongqing-Wanzhou Railway Company. In the process, strict control, close cooperation of all parties, strict testing of pile diameter, effective pile length, depth, pile top elevation, concrete strength and other data, quality and quantity of each pile foundation completed, "high standards, high quality, dedicated to the construction of ecological railway in southwest dangerous mountainous areas, high-quality projects".
In order to ensure that the resumption of work and production can be carried out in an orderly manner after the festival, the project department of the first five bids of Yuwan High-speed Railway Station of China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau has arranged the construction organization plan after the festival in advance during the Spring Festival, organized personnel and equipment to enter the construction site quickly after the festival, and ensured the safe and orderly resumption of work and production by holding mobilization meetings and safety education and training. In addition, a comprehensive investigation was conducted on the work sites that resumed work after the festival, and all efforts were made to speed up and increase the efficiency of the project construction. All the staff involved in the construction played the main theme of the resumption of work and production with the spirit of quick work and hard work.
Chongqing-Wanzhou High-speed Railway is an important part of Zhengzhou-Chongqing Express Railway Corridor, which, together with Chengdu-Chongqing High-speed Railway and Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan Intercity Railway, constitutes a T-shaped express railway framework in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone.
